A reason to take the long way.
Scatter turns a familiar park or neighbourhood into a private game of hide-and-seek. Friends choose a play zone, split into hunters and runners, and make an afternoon of it.
The name stays the same across Android and the iPhone web app. Your group shares one private code and one set of rules. The maps use OpenStreetMap data through OpenFreeMap, with attribution in the game.
Made for your group
No public matchmaking, player subscription or email sign-up is needed. The host chooses the pace; every player controls whether to share their location.

A map cannot tell you whether a route is safe. Agree on boundaries, stay on permitted public paths, and pause whenever someone needs help. Scatter is an independent project with original branding; it is not affiliated with SCRAM.
